Abstract

The research aims to know the impact of government financial statistics on the economic and financial performance and to identify the global financial accounting systems and keep pace with the countries of the world in economic and financial development, in order to measure the economy of Sudan and develop solutions to economic problems in it. Globally address economic problems As well as to identify the objectives of the research, which is the impact of government financial statistics on the economic and financial performance and the general budget of the State and rationalization and control of revenues and expenses and the unification of spending on the general budget by following the unified accounting system and the shift from the cash basis to the basis of maturity and the quality of financial reports and final accounts The research also reached the most important results, namely: Preparation of the state budget is according to the government financial statistics system GFS, which led to the upgrading of the economic system and the development of financial systems, the application of the GFS system raises the efficiency of financial and accounting work to high quality and this is evident through reports Financial and final accounts related to the decision-making decisions of the State, the application of the GFS system leads to economic growth and create balance and the possibility of measuring the economic situation of the country among the countries of the world The most important recommendations are: The state should work on the inventory of fixed and mobile assets by creating an asset management that helps in the application of government financial statistics and asset valuation. This is one of the important tools and aids in the system, providing an accurate database that helps in applying the government financial statistics. Realistic, transparent and credible until the budget to achieve its objectives according to the guidelines of the State.
