Abstract
workers in The study dealt with the effect of training on the performance of the applying to the Sudanese Company for Electricity Distribution. The problem of the research was to answer the main question: What is the impact of the training on the performance of the employees? The aim of the research is to clarify the importance of training in the development of human cadres and to clarify the relationship between the types and methods of training in improving the performance of the job, and to know the effect of the training on raising the morale among the workers. The research relied on descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The training led to the improvement of the performance of the employees of the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company. The training contributed in qualifying the employees of the company to keep up with the scientific and technological development. The training of the employees of the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company helped to create some kind of self-censorship. Continuous training in the company has contributed to the provision of services well. The most important recommendations of the research are the need to identify the training needs based on objective indicators that determine the required training to be addressed and include analysis of the organizational performance of the company and the work and employee performance. The training programs must be chosen to meet the training needs of the company accurately so that the contents of the programs are compatible with the nature of the employee's work, As well as the nomination of staff for training must coordinate between the administrative units within the company as required, while avoiding personal relationships in the granting of training opportunities.
