Abstract

In this research, the type of soil in Khartoum state were studied Some laboratory experiments were carried out, such as water content, liquid limit, plastic limit, compactness CBR, and soil grade in Khartoum locality, Alazhari town,and Bahri locality, Kafouri town and Omdurman locality, and Alarrda town.
The type of formation analysis of soil were defined in each town the different types of soil was also compared.
