Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of organizational culture in achieving competitive advantage, the case of a Sudanese Telecommunications Company -
the city of Kosti study, in the period 2013-2015 was where the study problem interest in knowing their impact on the performance and loyalty of employees, and appeared so clearly the company subject to this research which reflected negatively in creating a competitive advantage for the company through the following question: what is the impact of organizational culture in achieving competitive advantage on telecom companies? Where the study to test the following hypothesis: there is a relationship between organizational culture components and the ability of the company to create a competitive advantage. I used the following methodology of the study: descriptive and analytical approach: to describe the phenomenon and their variants. The historical approach: to secure authenticity of the phenomenon under study, and display the previous studies in addition to the case study method: which depends on the characteristics of the data collection and studies, and draw conclusions in a manner case study through data collection tools. Adding secondary and primary sources and the study found a number of findings, including: that the values and trends amid employees of the company have been instrumental in achieving competitive advantage and a direct impact on the company's ability to create a competitive advantage. Patterns amid positive behavior of employees the company has a direct impact on the company's ability to create a competitive advantage. As the most important findings for the following recommendations: the company's interest in environment and development to keep pace with the most potential challenges in the business, even reflect positively on the performance of employees. Establish the values of competition and competitive trends amid workers. And care about the components of Organizational culture. where it has a significant impact on the company's ability to create a competitive advantage.
