Abstract
This research aims at identifying and measuring the effects of manpower planning on business organization performance.
The research problem is based on non interest of business organization in manpower planning which negatively reflects on work and performance.
The research used descriptive and historical approaches for collecting and analyzing data..
The most important results are
Manpower planning leads to stability and continuity of business organizations increasing production and improving service national and international service.
In the light of the above results the researcher recommended the following
Reorganizing work force by placing the right person in the right place according to academic qualification and experience.
Rewarding. increases jobsatisfaction and improve organization performance
Similar researches should be conducted to investigate the impact of manpower planning on organization performance.
