Abstract
This study aims to determine the implications of the separation of the State of South Sudan and the legacy of the economic crisis and tensions tribal Anfelataat security and worsen the political situation and the problems of border and international pressures and complexities of the economic represented by the scarcity of foreign exchange and rising prices and high cost of living in grinding poverty and unemployment and declining rates of economic growth, the decline in real national income and low rates of GDP and low per capita income and the emergence of economic phenomena negative Kalexad, unemployment and high rate of inflation and exchange rate depreciation of the value of the local currency against the dollar and the emergence of the vicious cycle of poverty and destitution and poor economic conditions, and all this is due to Malate low and weak overall revenues of the state because of separation and loss of a large proportion exceed two-thirds of revenues oil exports that feed the public treasury.
