Organizational Justice on the Head of Departments & It's Relationship with Job Commitment on the staff of Jordanian Telecom View
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of organizational justice with heads of departments and it's relationship to abide career among the staff of Jordanian Telecom, the study tested the main hypothesis whether there is a statistically significant relationship(0.05) between organizational justice and commitment in Jordanian Telecom. The study followed descriptive analytical method to analysis data. According to analytic the study set a number of results the most important there is a commitment from managers to justice toward workers without creating differentiation in dealing with the employees in the company's and no statistically significant differences between organizational justice and job relationship abide own employees in Jordan Telecom attributed to variables type, qualification and years of experience, and the study recommended the need to essentials all the dimensions of organizational justice with Jordanian Telecom to enable the company to benefit from the commitment of employees and their abilities and experience
