Abstract

This research aims to highlight the impact of the policies of the Central Bank of Sudan on Islamic banks in general and Faisal Islamic Bank in particular, and to determine the extent to which Islamic banks accept the policies of the Central Bank of Sudan in Sudan. The research problem lies in the following main question: What is the impact of the Central Bank's policies on Sudanese Islamic banks? This research follows the descriptive-analytical approach. The most important findings are: The Central Bank is responsible for solving problems in both Islamic and non-Islamic banks, with a 100% agreement rate. The percentage of respondents agreeing that loans from the Central Bank are interest-bearing was 22%. Some dissenting opinions and neutral views emerged, aligning with the statement that the primary purpose of interest is not profit generation, but rather managing monetary affairs in a way that serves the public interest. The overall agreement on this point reached 100%. Key recommendations include: working to provide legal protection for various Islamic financing sources to enhance confidence in the financing process, and offering more flexible investment instruments in the Islamic financial market that can adapt to global changes.
