The policy of economic dumping and its impact on the Sudanese economy During the period 2009-2022

Abstract
The study aims at defining the concept of dumping and explaining the methods of combating it, identifying the types of commercial dumping, knowing the ruling on dumping in accordance with the World Trade Organization, determining the methods of proving and calculating the damages of dumping, revealing the conditions for proving the occurrence of dumping, and the preventive measures against it, and identifying the dangers of dumping trade. The problem of the study lies in the delay in issuing the dumping law in Sudan for the year 2009, as its issuance was due to filling the gap in a series of laws accompanying the policy of economic liberalization. Study methodology The inductive method was adopted in this study to reach the results, and the descriptive analytical method was used. The study reached the most important results that developing countries must develop clear strategies to confront this phenomenon that harms their economies, given the spread of this phenomenon and the spread of its modern technologies. The dumping policy harms local producers, as well as harms the standard of living in developing countries. The study recommends the following: developing countries should pay attention to the phenomenon of dumping and how to deal with and adapt to it according to flexible economic and trade policies.
