Abstract

This study which is entitled "The Means of assignation of authority in the system of Islamic ruling”, aims at the clarification of the peaceful means of authority circulation. the researcher  chooses this topic because the means of authority assignation is one of the most important issues through which the contribution of solving all matters that face the statehood. The problem of the research is exemplified in knowing how peaceful means of authority The circulation and applying it on the ground. the researcher adopted in this study the inductive analytical approach. The nature of the research sees the study should be detected into three chapters. the first chapter is entitled " The peaceful means of authority circulation", the second chapter is represented in the non-peaceful means for authority circulation and the third chapter is entitled the peaceful circulation of authority in political Islamic history. The most important result of the study is: the following of the peaceful circulation of authority is the best. The most  recommendation is that :  all Islamic countries and the non-Islamic should follow the peaceful means of authority circulation. In conclusion the study is tailed with a list of sources and references.
