The paper assumes that, the international economic relations play an important role in guiding of Sudan's foreign trade movement during the study period, and that, the foreign trade and the changing of structure of Sudanese exports did not lead to addressing the continuous deficit of the Sudanese trade balance during the study period. And that there is an increase in the Sudanese economy's dependence on imports in response to the increase in the total demand due to the weakness of domestic production. The paper relied on collected information from secondary sources that issued by the relevant authorities by using the descriptive approach. The most prominent results is that, there is a shift in the trend of Sudan's foreign trade movement from European and Arab countries to the non-Arab Asian countries, such as China, after oil extraction. There is a persisted deficit in the Sudanese trade balance due to the decline of exports and an increasing of Sudanese economy's that depend on imports, that to response to the increase of aggregate demand in light of Low domestic production. Lack of commercial partnerships between Sudan and neighboring countries, except Egypt. The paper recommends the following, need to build a balanced political, economic relations trade in the regional and global environment. Managing the production process and developing and the main productive sectors, such as: "agriculture, industry, mining", developing and distribution of exports by increasing its competitiveness and opening more international markets. Finding a commercial and strategic partnerships with neighboring countries in the framework of economic cooperation.
