Abstract

The study aimed to identify The use of electronic software, and the application of the journal and their impact on the economics and accounting system. The problem lies in the lack of government accounting system electronic software technology, and the non-utilization the jouenal in the Ledgers group which led to the delay in the prepraration of financial statements and reports and difficulty of accessing appropriate information to management for decision-making The methodology of the study was used in the theoretical side through extrapolation of studies and researches, books and periodicals local and foreign, and in the applied side I use the descriptive analytical method of the most important of the hypotheses. There is a statistically significant relationship between software and its support for the rapid extraction of appropriate information to decision makers in government units Results: Need to adopt the Federal Ministry of Finance tools and means and information required by the implementation of software and the use of the Journal, in order to achieve transparency, financial discipline, and the consolidation of lists and financial reports and information appropriate for decision-making and thus social welfare, the most important recommendations The Federal Ministry of Finance should adopt the tools, means and kissels required to accomplish the software and use the journal in order to achieve transparency, financial discipline, standardization of financial statements and reports and appropriate information for decision-making.
